Obtaining a visa with real estate investment
Get your visa by investing at least €500,000 in one or more real estate properties.
You will be able to obtain returns from those properties that you do not want to reserve for your personal use.

You should know...
What are the requirements?
Be of legal age
Have no criminal record in the last 5 years
Have public or private health insurance with full coverage throughout Spanish territory
Have sufficient financial resources for themselves and their family members during their period of residence in Spain
Not to be listed as rejectable in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in this regard
Not be irregularly in Spanish territory at the time of application
How does it work?
You will have to make the real estate investment and be able to prove that this investment is at least 500,000 euros
Prepare the documentation and send it to the immigration office (the UGE will process your application). You can do it from your country of origin from the consulate, or directly from Spain as a tourist
When you receive the resolution you will have to go to the police office to register your fingerprints
How much does it cost?
Apart from the investment we have already talked about, you do not need to face any other large expenses apart from the legal staff you want to accompany you and the visa processing fee to the authorities.

Criminal record certificate.
